The principals of the business are actively involved in the business – Amanda and Steven Morris both work in the business on a day-to-day basis so you have access to years of industry knowledge and experience and their deep understanding of the unique risk challenges faced by SME’s and corporate businesses. It also means that the owners of the business are consistently involved in every aspect of business operations and play a hands-on role in guiding the team and encouraging them to constantly strive for the best outcomes.

We always endeavour to develop long-term relationships with our clients – this is important because it means that we truly understand your needs and can therefore add maximum value by providing the very best advice, cover and service. We aim to be more than just a supplier of insurance – we want to be a trusted business partner and advisor to our clients whether they have a single policy or a raft of policies across multiple entities.

We manage every step of the process – we have the best insurance minds in the lower Hunter to manage all your insurance and risk protection requirements from the very first engagement through to making a claim. While we don’t deal directly with life insurance and related policies, we have a long standing partnership with an extremely well regarded local financial advisor who does. We really are a ‘one stop shop’ when it comes to insurance and this is very important to us.
