Claims Story – Stolen Telecom Equipment

Recently ABC Pty Ltd had expensive telecom equipment stolen from their van.

They called the office and lodged a claim on the 30th of October along with the supporting documents for the claim.  Supporting documents include proof of purchase/ownership and quotes to replace the items. 5 Business days later the company had the funds in their account to replace the stolen items. This claim was paid under the general property section also known as Tools of Trade.
